Redeeming a Pro Access Code
Redemption codes unlock Pro access without a monthly subscription. They grant lifetime Pro access and are issued exclusively by the Lesix Agency for partnerships, promotions, bulk purchases, and special programs.
Where codes come from
Section titled “Where codes come from”Codes are controlled entirely by Lesix and are not available for general purchase. You may receive one through:
- Partnerships — organizations distributing to their members
- Affiliate programs
- Promotions — campaigns that include a code
- Bulk purchases — organizations buying Pro access for their members
- Conference giveaways — events where Lesix is present
- Special arrangements — case by case
Without a code, you can still upgrade through the standard subscription for $27 per month.
What a code provides
Section titled “What a code provides”Lifetime Pro access — permanent, with no recurring charges.
All Pro features — unlimited games, all eight game formats, priority support, and immediate access to new features.
No billing — nothing to manage, no monthly charge.
How to redeem
Section titled “How to redeem”1. Log in. You must have an account. Create one first if you don’t.
2. Go to your Account page from the left-hand menu.
3. Find the “Redeem a Code” card. It only appears on Free accounts.
4. Enter your code. It converts to uppercase automatically. Codes aren’t case-sensitive.
5. Click Redeem.
6. Confirmation. You’ll see “Code redeemed successfully! You now have Pro access.” Your account upgrades immediately — refresh if features don’t appear right away.
Important details
Section titled “Important details”One code per user. Each user can redeem a specific code once, even if access is later revoked.
Multiple users per code. A single code can be used by several people until it reaches the maximum redemptions Lesix set for it.
No expiration dates. Codes don’t expire automatically, though Lesix can deactivate any code at any time.
Lesix controls all codes — issuance, redemption limits, whether a code stays active, and whether access granted by it is revoked. This is exercised at Lesix’s sole discretion.
If you’re already a Pro subscriber
Section titled “If you’re already a Pro subscriber”Contact support before redeeming. They can downgrade your subscription so you can then redeem the code for lifetime access, stopping your monthly billing while keeping Pro features.
Don’t redeem a code while actively subscribed — it won’t apply.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”“Invalid Code” — the code doesn’t exist, was typed incorrectly, or was deleted. Verify it exactly as provided.
“This Code Is No Longer Active” — Lesix deactivated it, typically because a promotion ended or for administrative reasons. Contact whoever provided it.
“This Code Has Reached Its Maximum Redemptions” — the redemption limit is used up. The organization that provided it may be able to request another.
“You Have Already Redeemed This Code” — each user can only use a code once. If you no longer have Pro access, contact support.
Revocation
Section titled “Revocation”Lesix reserves the right to revoke code-based Pro access at any time, decided case by case. In most cases the reason will be communicated.
If revoked, your account reverts to Free limitations, you cannot reuse the same code, and you may be able to purchase a standard subscription instead.

Simple — redemption takes seconds and needs no payment information.
Good for organizations — bulk codes let organizations provide access without managing individual subscriptions.
By redeeming a code you agree that access is provided at Lesix’s discretion, may be revoked at any time, and that codes cannot be transferred, sold, or shared beyond their intended use. All accounts are governed by the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at lesix.com.
