The 90MM Broker Recruitment Program
The broker recruitment program is the 90MM built for a brokerage rather than an individual.
It exists because a brokerage does not have the same problem an agent has. An agent needs to find business. A brokerage needs agents who produce — and most recruiting effort goes into adding names to a roster rather than adding transactions to the business.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”First, we onboard the brokerage. We work directly with the broker and leadership to install the 90MM inside the brokerage itself — find the actual constraint on the business, define who the brokerage is built to serve and why, and work out how the brokerage’s offer to a prospective agent gets made. This comes before any agent is involved, because a recruiting offer built on an unexamined business just recruits people into the same problem.
Then we help you onboard your agents and recruits into the 90MM. As part of your licensing fee, the agents you recruit get access to the full 90-Minute Marketing Department — the operating system, the community, the AI employees, the coaching. That access is what your brokerage offers them.
That is the whole shape of it: the brokerage gets a system, and then the system becomes the brokerage’s recruiting offer.
What makes it different from ordinary recruiting
Section titled “What makes it different from ordinary recruiting”You are not pitching terms. You are pitching a way of working that makes an agent more profitable — and you can hand it to them on day one because you already run it yourself.
What it costs
Section titled “What it costs”Fees are on the program page — and there is a profitability guarantee that means you do not pay until the program has produced.
Related
Section titled “Related”Lesix Companies is a marketing, sales, and business consulting company. It is not a real estate brokerage, it does not provide real estate brokerage services, and it does not represent buyers or sellers. “Licensing” on this page refers to a licence to use the 90MM system and materials — it has nothing to do with real estate licensure. Fees and commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable; nothing here recommends any rate, fee, split, or compensation arrangement, and every brokerage sets its own independently.
