What Your Agents Get
This is the part your brokerage offers to a prospective agent. It is included in your annual licence to use the 90MM system and covers the agents in your brokerage.
The operating system
Section titled “The operating system”The full 90MM Business Operating System — the diagnostic, the change sequence, the thinking processes, and the file-based memory that gets sharper the longer they use it.
Each agent runs their own. Their constraint, their context, their decisions.
The AI employees
Section titled “The AI employees”Pre-built specialist agents covering the work that otherwise eats an agent’s week — content, listing presentations, client profiling, and the rest.
The community
Section titled “The community”Access to the 90MM community, where the skills, the AI employees and the rest of the execution layer live.
Live coaching
Section titled “Live coaching”Live training sessions on a regular cadence, plus open office hours available to any agent in your brokerage. Not a per-seat allowance — any of your agents can bring a question.
The cohort program
Section titled “The cohort program”Your recruited agents go through the 90MM cohort, which is the structured version of everything above: the diagnostic, the direction, and the plan, run as a program with a defined start and finish rather than as self-directed study.
The licence is audience-bounded. A brokerage licence covers the brokerage’s agents.
Why this is the recruiting offer
Section titled “Why this is the recruiting offer”An agent evaluating brokerages is mostly comparing terms that look similar wherever they go. This is the part that does not — and unlike a number on a page, it is a reason to join that survives the first ninety days.
Lesix Companies is a marketing, sales, and business consulting company. It is not a real estate brokerage, it does not provide real estate brokerage services, and it does not represent buyers or sellers. “Licensing” on this page refers to a licence to use the 90MM system and materials — it has nothing to do with real estate licensure. Fees and commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable; nothing here recommends any rate, fee, split, or compensation arrangement, and every brokerage sets its own independently.
