Building Skills Over Time
The system grows through use. Anything repeatable, predictable, and consistent should become a skill.
The RPC test
Section titled “The RPC test”A new skill gets created when a request is:
- Repeatable — same process every time
- Predictable — same type of output every time
- Consistent — same quality standards every time
All three must pass. If any one fails, it stays a one-off. This is what stops the system accumulating half-useful automations for things you did twice.
You do not have to think about it
Section titled “You do not have to think about it”If you are a 90MM member, the skill-builder fires automatically when it detects a capability gap.
On the free version, you will notice yourself asking for the same kind of thing repeatedly. That is the signal. Tell it: “I want to document the process for [thing].”
What people usually build first
Section titled “What people usually build first”Listing presentation preparation. Market analysis for a specific neighbourhood. Client communication templates. Social content. Open-house follow-up. Transaction milestone tracking. Monthly financial summary.
Each starts rough. By the third or fourth run it knows your voice, your market, and your preferences well enough that the output barely needs editing.
