Run the Deployment Prompt
Everything is installed. This step builds the system.
- Click the Claude Code icon on the left sidebar — the sparkle/star
- You should see a chat interface. If there is a New Session button, click it.
- Open the Deployment Prompt and copy the whole thing
- Click into the Claude Code chat box at the bottom
- Paste it — Cmd-V on Mac, Ctrl-V on Windows
- Press Enter
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Setup takes one to two minutes. You will watch files and folders appear in your sidebar.
While it runs:
- If it asks you to allow an action — click Yes or Allow
- If it offers “Allow all edits this session” — click it, so you are not approving every single file
- If something fails — Claude Code tells you what went wrong and what to do. Follow its instructions.
- If it asks to install something like Git or developer tools — let it. One-time only.
When it is finished
Section titled “When it is finished”Folders appear in your left sidebar: .claude/, context/, pipeline/, processes/, templates/, and others.
That is the last install. From here there are no more detours — just you and the system, having a conversation.
If it seems stuck
Section titled “If it seems stuck”It is probably waiting on you. Look for a permission prompt at the bottom, a question in the chat, or an error message. If none of those apply, type continue — Claude Code picks up where it left off.
