Walk the Change Sequence

Another 15–30 minutes, depending on how much discussion each step generates.

Once you have confirmed the diagnostic findings, the system walks you through four steps.

1. Surface the conflict — Evaporating Cloud

Section titled “1. Surface the conflict — Evaporating Cloud”

Why does this constraint persist? What conflict keeps it in place?

Constraints usually survive because something real is holding them there. This step finds the assumption underneath, and breaking that assumption is what makes the constraint dissolve rather than move.

2. Test the direction — Future Reality Tree

Section titled “2. Test the direction — Future Reality Tree”

If we go this way, what actually happens? With your real numbers, not hypothetical ones.

3. Pressure-test — Negative Branch Reservations

Section titled “3. Pressure-test — Negative Branch Reservations”

What could go wrong? How do we prevent it?

Every proposed change spawns new problems. This step finds them before you have committed, and pairs each one with a trimming action.

4. Build the plan — Strategy & Tactics Tree

Section titled “4. Build the plan — Strategy & Tactics Tree”

What specifically needs to happen, in what order, with what resources.

At every transition, the system checks that you agree before moving forward. That is deliberate and you cannot skip it.

If you find yourself stuck at one of these steps, that is not a bug — see I am stuck at a resistance layer. The layer is the work.

A validated plan with specific steps and the necessary conditions for each. Not a to-do list — a sequence where each step is there because the one before it made it possible.
