Managing Your Subscription

If you have a paid Pro subscription, you can manage every aspect of it through secure portals — payment methods, billing history, invoices, and cancellation.

This applies only to paid subscriptions. If you received Pro access through a redemption code, you have lifetime access with no subscription to manage. See Redeeming a Pro Access Code.

Log in, go to Account in the left-hand menu, and click Manage Subscription in the Subscription section. You’ll be taken to the Stripe customer portal.

Lesix hosts a support community on the same platform as its other services.

From the community home screen, either click your profile in the upper right and select Manage Your Account, or click Manage Subscriptions directly.

You’ll receive a 6-digit confirmation code by email. Enter it to access the portal.

Both routes lead to the same capabilities.

Update payment methods — change your card when it expires, you get a new one, or a payment fails.

View subscription status — plan, amount ($27/month), next billing date, and current state.

View and download invoices — full billing history with downloadable PDF receipts, useful for expenses or tax.

Update billing address — keep it matching your card issuer’s records to prevent failures.

Cancel — see below.

Before opening the full portal, your Account page shows your current plan, status, next billing date, games created, and available game types.

Your status changes to past due and Pro access may be temporarily restricted.

Open the portal, go to payment methods, and update your card. The subscription will retry automatically.

Keep your payment method current and watch for card expiry before your next billing date.

Still within your paid period: you may be able to reactivate directly from the portal with no lapse in service.

Period already ended: upgrade again through the standard process. You’ll start a new subscription with immediate Pro access.

There’s no penalty for cancelling and returning later.

Billing cycle — monthly, on the date you originally upgraded.

No prorated refunds — charges are final. Cancel mid-cycle and you keep Pro until the period ends, but no partial refund is issued.

Auto-renewal — renews automatically each month unless cancelled. No action needed to maintain access.

Payment security — all processing runs through Stripe, PCI-compliant, with your details encrypted and never stored on Lesix Games servers.

Can’t access the portal: allow pop-ups from Lesix Games, try another browser, confirm your connection, or log out and back in. Make sure you’re using the email you signed up with.

No verification code (community portal): check spam, verify your account email, wait a few minutes and request another.

Status not updating: changes can take a few minutes to sync. If nothing after 15 minutes, log out and back in, refresh, then contact support.

Charged after cancelling: subscriptions process on your billing date. Cancelling after that date may produce one more charge, which is non-refundable — but you keep Pro for that full period. Cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid it.

If your Pro access came from a redemption code, there’s no subscription to manage and no Manage Subscription button. Access is permanent, subject to Lesix’s discretion, with no payment or account management required.

Pro subscribers have priority support with responses within 24 hours. Contact support with your account email, a description of the issue, any error messages, and what you were trying to do.

Can I change my billing date? Billing dates are set at signup and generally can’t be changed.

Can I pause? Not currently. You can cancel and reactivate, though reactivating requires payment.

Will I get a reminder before billing? Stripe sends receipts after charges process. Set your own reminder if you want advance notice.

Can I switch from subscription to code-based access? If you receive a code, contact support — they can help transition your account.

How do I update my email? Through your Lesix Games account settings, which keeps the subscription properly linked.
