Why Brokerages Use It
Recruit transactions, not agents
Section titled “Recruit transactions, not agents”A lot of brokerage recruiting optimises for headcount. Headcount is easy to measure and it feels like growth.
But an agent who does not transact is not neutral to the brokerage — they carry errors and omissions exposure, legal risk, onboarding time, management attention, and support hours, and they produce nothing against any of it.
The number that matters is transactions, not names. Every dollar a brokerage earns traces back to a closing. None of it traces back to a signature on a roster.
That reframe is the whole program. Once a brokerage recruits for production rather than headcount, almost everything downstream changes: who you approach, what you offer them, what you say in the conversation, and what you do with them in their first ninety days.
Why an operating system is the recruiting offer
Section titled “Why an operating system is the recruiting offer”In our experience, an agent choosing between brokerages often finds the terms on offer look broadly similar. That leaves them little to decide on.
What an agent actually wants is to make more money without working more hours. A brokerage that can hand them a working system on day one — the diagnostic, the operating system, the AI employees, the coaching — is answering a different question than the one every other brokerage is answering.
You are not competing on the terms. You are competing on what happens after they join.
How the economics work
Section titled “How the economics work”Your annual licence fee for the 90MM system is fixed. What you get back from it is not — it moves with how much your recruited agents actually transact.
That is the entire structural argument, and it is why the program is priced as a licence rather than per seat: a fixed cost against a return that scales with production means the question is not “can we afford it” but “will these agents transact.” Which is the question the program is built to answer.
We do not publish revenue projections, and you should be sceptical of anyone in this industry who does. What a cohort produces depends on your market, your pricing, your recruits, and how the brokerage runs the program — none of which we control, and all of which vary enormously. Run the numbers with your own figures before you commit to anything. We will do it with you.

Lesix Companies is a marketing, sales, and business consulting company. It is not a real estate brokerage, it does not provide real estate brokerage services, and it does not represent buyers or sellers. “Licensing” on this page refers to a licence to use the 90MM system and materials — it has nothing to do with real estate licensure. Fees and commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable; nothing here recommends any rate, fee, split, or compensation arrangement, and every brokerage sets its own independently.
