The Long Game
Three months from now, re-read your initial diagnostic in diagnostics/root-cause-analysis.md. The distance is usually surprising.
The system is not designed to fix everything in a week. It fixes the right thing first, then the next right thing. Each constraint resolved makes the business a little more predictable, a little more documented, a little more resilient.
Consistency, not intensity
Section titled “Consistency, not intensity”Ten minutes a day and a weekly review beats a four-hour session once a month.
Consistency builds context. Context makes the system smarter. A smarter system makes you more effective. That is the compounding loop, and it only runs if you actually turn up.
The people who get the least from this are not the ones who use it badly. They are the ones who use it in bursts.
What you are actually building
Section titled “What you are actually building”Not a tool that answers questions. A record of your business that gets more accurate every week — what your constraint was, what you decided, why, what you tried, and what happened.
That record is the asset. The answers are just what it produces along the way.
