The Weekly Review

Once a week, tell the system: “Run my weekly review.”

It pulls the template and walks you through it. Ten minutes.

How many active buyers, sellers, prospects? Any closings this week or in the next thirty days?

This forces you to look at actual numbers instead of going by feel. Feel is reliably wrong in both directions.

Is the current constraint still the constraint? Did this week’s work address it?

If you spent the whole week on things that did not touch the constraint, the system will surface that pattern. Without judgment — but it will surface it. That pattern, repeated across weeks, is itself diagnostic data.

What is expected this month and next? What did you spend this week?

This builds financial awareness incrementally. You do not need to become an accountant. You need to know the numbers.

What did you do this week that should be a repeatable process but is not? What did you repeat by hand that a template could have handled?

This is how new skills get identified.

The one thing that addresses the constraint. Not five things. One.

Secondary tasks only if there is capacity after the constraint work is done.

Save the completed review. The system keeps a running record, and over time the pattern across your weekly reviews becomes data in its own right.
