The 90-Minute Marketing Department Business Operating System is a free, open-source diagnostic and execution framework. It helps you identify what is actually limiting your growth — and validate the right direction before you spend money moving in it.
It is built on the Theory of Constraints thinking processes and runs inside Claude Code.
What it actually does
Section titled “What it actually does”The system runs a two-phase diagnostic.
Phase A builds a personality profile. How you want hard truths delivered. What helps when you are stuck. What AI tools consistently get wrong about you. This shapes how the system talks to you from that point forward — it is not decoration, and it is the reason the system does not read like every other AI assistant.
Phase B is a five-round business diagnostic. Guided conversation that surfaces your actual constraint, and it distinguishes between the problem you think you have and the problem the pattern of your answers reveals. Those are frequently not the same thing.
Once the constraint is identified, the system walks a validated change sequence: surface the conflict sustaining the constraint, test the direction against your real numbers, pressure-test for unintended consequences, then build a concrete execution plan.
Nine layers of legitimate resistance get resolved in order. The system will not let you skip from diagnosis to action without a validated direction. That refusal is the product.
It gets sharper the longer you use it
Section titled “It gets sharper the longer you use it”Decisions are logged automatically as you make them. Processes get documented as they are identified. Context files grow with every session. A system manifest routes the agent to only the files a given task needs, so token usage stays flat as the system grows.
Weekly and monthly reviews track whether you are working on the constraint or drifting off it.
What it is not
Section titled “What it is not”It is not software that runs your business. It is a methodology you operate, with an agent that holds the discipline you would otherwise have to hold yourself.
It will not generate leads while you sleep. It will tell you whether generating more leads is even your problem — which, more often than not, it is not.
