Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard is the hub of Lesix Games. It’s where you create games, reach each format, manage your account, and find resources. Logging in lands you here.
Layout
Section titled “Layout”Two main areas:
Left-hand menu — navigation to every major section.
Main content area — game creation options and other content depending on where you are.
Free account banner
Section titled “Free account banner”Free accounts see a gold banner at the top showing game usage:
- How many of your 3 games you’ve created (e.g. “Free plan: 2/3 games used”)
- A reminder that upgrading unlocks unlimited games and all formats
- An Upgrade button
Pro accounts don’t see this banner.
Create a New Game
Section titled “Create a New Game”The main section shows all eight game formats as cards.
Each card shows the format name, distinctive styling, and — for Free accounts — a lock indicator on formats requiring Pro.
Click a card to open that format’s Game Hub.
Free accounts: clicking a locked format explains that it requires Pro, with an upgrade option. Only Categories is available.
Pro accounts: all eight cards are unlocked.
Game hubs
Section titled “Game hubs”Clicking a format card takes you to its hub, where you manage every game you’ve built in that format.
Each game appears as a card showing:
- Title and class name
- Description, if you added one
- Actions: Edit, Run, and Delete
You can also create a new game in that format from the hub.
Left-hand navigation
Section titled “Left-hand navigation”Dashboard — returns to the main screen to pick a format.
Account — settings, subscription management, profile, and redemption code entry.
Resources — tutorials, links to the support community, best practices, documentation, and an Upgrade Today button for Free accounts.
Super Admin — visible only to super admins, for managing users, redemption codes, and platform settings.
The Resources section is updated by Lesix, so check back for new material.
How you move through the platform
Section titled “How you move through the platform”- Dashboard → format — click the card for the format you want
- Game hub → create or manage — start a new game or pick an existing one
- Editor → build content — add questions, categories, phrases, or a word pool
- Run → live session — open the control screen and play with your class
- Dashboard — return any time from the left menu
First-time experience
Section titled “First-time experience”Your dashboard starts empty. You’ll see the eight format cards — Categories available on Free, all eight on Pro. Click one to create your first game.
Start with Categories if you’re new. It’s intuitive and available on every plan.
Use the class field to organize games by group or session.
Write descriptive titles. “Chapter 3 Review” beats “Game 1” six weeks later.
Explore Resources. Tutorials and guides help you get more from each format.
Mark games active to keep your current rotation easy to spot. See Active vs Inactive Games.
What differs between accounts
Section titled “What differs between accounts”Account type — Free sees locked formats, Pro has full access.
Games created — hubs show only your own games.
Super admin status — additional menu options.
Resources — content varies as Lesix adds material.
Quick reference
Section titled “Quick reference”Create a game: click the format card, then create in that hub.
Edit a game: format card → find the game → Edit.
Run a game: format card → find the game → Run.
Manage your subscription: Account → subscription options.
