Start Using It
Your business operating system is live. It knows who you are, how to talk to you, what your constraint is, which direction to go, and what to do first.
The rhythm
Section titled “The rhythm”Use it daily. Ask it questions about your business. Give it work.
Decisions log themselves. The system recognises when you have made one and writes it down as it happens. You do not have to remember.
Run the weekly review — 10 minutes.
Run the monthly review — 30 minutes.
When you finish the current plan, the constraint moves. Run the diagnostic again. That is the goal, not a restart.
Full detail in the Operating Guide.
Getting back in tomorrow
Section titled “Getting back in tomorrow”- Open your editor — Launchpad on Mac, Start menu on Windows
- If your project folder is not already open: File → Open Folder, and select it
- Click the Claude Code icon on the left sidebar
- Your previous conversations are listed. Click one, or start a New Session.
The system remembers everything between sessions. You never re-explain your business, your constraint, or your context. It reads your files automatically at the start of every conversation.
