Update your goals
Section titled “Update your goals”Are last quarter’s goals still relevant? Set new ones.
Re-run the diagnostic if the constraint shifted
Section titled “Re-run the diagnostic if the constraint shifted”You do not need the full five rounds every time. If your situation changed significantly, run the full diagnostic. If the constraint simply moved to the next link in the chain, a focused conversation is enough.
Archive completed work
Section titled “Archive completed work”Move anything finished to archives/ with a date prefix.
Never delete. An archived project is evidence of what you tried and what happened. That record is worth more later than the disk space is worth now.
Review the skills backlog
Section titled “Review the skills backlog”Skills you have been meaning to build? New ones the Strategy & Tactics Tree identified? Prioritise by constraint relevance — a skill that does not touch the constraint is a hobby.
